As a game developer - you have to have a passion to create your product, otherwise you end up with a game like - ET on the Atari.
As I have been developing Project Battle, my passion for the project has been diminishing; I even took a few weeks off, then a month, then 2 months - but I still don't feel the passion to keep developing Project Battle. If I want to keep creating games - I either have to complete Project Battle, which I have no motive to develop and don't feel anything creative to do - or I can discontinue the project, allowing me to leave behind the game, and create something new.
You may not be aware, but I have actually been working on this idea for over a year and a half, making different versions and eventually abandoning the project, before recreating it - only to repeat the cycle. 1 year and a half of this and I've had enough.
So from now on, I will not be developing Project Battle any longer, but I am going to be developing a new game - I will try to keep you updated on Twitter. The download for update 5 will still be available for download.
Thank you for supporting Project Battle <3
